Fourth Edition of IRAN ITEX to Be Held at Sharif University of Technology
The fourth edition of the Iran ITEX 2025 exhibition will take place from October 19 to 21 at Sharif University of Technology in Tehran.

Tehran - BORNA - According to the organizers, the event is being hosted by the Advanced Information and Communication Technology Research Center of Sharif University, with the support of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, and the university’s Science and Technology Park. The exhibition will focus on industries and businesses connected to artificial intelligence, information technology, telecommunications, and related sectors.

Designed as one of the country’s leading specialized gatherings, IRAN ITEX aims to provide a platform for interaction between industry, academia, and the private sector. It will showcase the latest technological and innovative achievements while promoting research cooperation and commercial partnerships.

A central feature of the exhibition is its emphasis on specialized employment and recruitment. Dedicated spaces will allow companies to receive résumés, identify skilled talent, and connect directly with professionals in related fields. This initiative creates opportunities both for employers to secure qualified human capital and for jobseekers to enter specialized labor markets.

In addition to recruitment, IRAN ITEX 2025 seeks to strengthen branding, marketing, competitor analysis, and market intelligence. Workshops, panel discussions, and B2B/B2C meetings will facilitate knowledge transfer, networking, and business development. The exhibition thus serves as a strategic opportunity for companies, startups, research centers, and professionals to leverage Iran’s scientific, technical, and commercial capacities in emerging technologies.

The event is open to a wide range of participants, including firms in electronics, IT, cybersecurity, banking and fintech, insurance, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud and hosting services, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, energy and industrial groups, academic institutions, research parks, and startups.

Alongside the exhibition, side events will be held such as:

Executive keynote panels featuring leading IT and technology figures sharing experiences in storytelling format.

Educational workshops offering training sessions for visitors.

Startup panels exploring challenges, success stories, and lessons learned from major and emerging startups.

To support innovation-driven enterprises, Iran’s Innovation and Prosperity Fund is offering financial assistance: in addition to a 15% discount for knowledge-based companies booking exhibition space, up to 70% of booth reservation and construction costs—capped at 40 million tomans—will be reimbursed for applicants registering through the Ghazal platform.

IRAN ITEX 2025 is expected to attract a broad spectrum of technology stakeholders and to further position Tehran as a hub for innovation and industry-academia collaboration.
