Pezeshkian: Foreign plots against Iran ineffective
President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized foreign conspiracies are ineffective and urged vigilance against false polarizations and internal conflicts.

Tehran - BORNA - During the 119th session of the cabinet in Tehran on Wednesday, President Pezeshkian expressed that he does not harbor serious concerns regarding plots from the United States and other adversaries, acknowledging their open hostility towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, he voiced significant worry about the internal divisions and the destructive behavior of certain individuals who are undermining unity instead of fostering it.

Pezeshkian called for collective efforts to take positive steps that would instill hope in the populace, assuring that while he will address external issues, his primary concern lies with domestic matters.

The meeting also featured reports from various ministers, including Minister of Roads and Urban Development Farzaneh Sadegh, who shared updates on agreements made during a recent trip to Azerbaijan, and Minister of Agriculture Gholamreza Nouri Ghezeljeh, who provided optimistic news regarding improvements in poultry production.

Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Mohammad-Reza Farzin, for his part, noted during the meeting that a positive trend in industrial production is following a downturn after the 12-day war imposed by the Israeli regime, indicating a recovery in key economic indicators.
