Araghchi: Repeating the Threat of Force Against Iran Will Only Lead to Another Failure
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, reacting to the recent remarks by Rafael Grossi, Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), emphasized that those who threaten Iran with the renewed use of "force" should know that repeating a failed experience will yield nothing but failure for them once again.

Tehran - BORNA - Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, speaking to reporters in response to Grossi’s comments yesterday concerning Iran’s nuclear file, said: "I don't know whether he made this comment out of concern or as a threat."

Grossi had previously stated: "Currently, Tehran only accepts our inspectors in a limited way. The country has imposed restrictions on inspections due to security concerns. The Iranians are hesitant, which I understand. But if diplomacy fails, I fear force will be used again."

Araghchi further added: "However, those who issue such threats should know that repeating a failed experience will yield nothing but failure for them once again."

Rafael Grossi, Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, had made these remarks on Wednesday during an interview with a Swiss newspaper about the situation surrounding Iran's nuclear program.
