Pakistan Interior Minister Consults with Larijani on Expanding Strategic Cooperation

Tehran - BORNA - Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Syed Mohsin Naqvi, the Interior Minister of Pakistan, met in Tehran on Tuesday to review ways to deepen bilateral cooperation at the political, security, and economic levels, and to increase regional coordination.

The central focus of the discussion between the two officials was the strengthening of the two countries' security standing in today's diplomatic equations and the expansion of strategic cooperation to maintain regional stability and security.

Earlier, the Interior Minister of Oman had also met with Larijani and discussed the expansion of bilateral relations.
