Araghchi and Muttaqi Discuss Bilateral Ties, Pakistan-Afghanistan Interaction
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, spoke by phone with Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan, today, Monday, to exchange views on the latest status of bilateral cooperation and recent interactions between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Tehran - BORNA - Iran's Foreign Minister emphasized the necessity of establishing peace and stability among regional countries and stressed the strengthening of consultations and dialogue within the framework of joint cooperation among the nations of the region.
The Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan appreciated the diplomatic efforts made and welcomed regional consultations and dialogue.
