Baghaei: We Have No Negotiations with the US
The Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that "currently there is no negotiation process between Iran and the US," and clarified: "The President's message to the Saudi Crown Prince had entirely bilateral content."

Tehran - BORNA - Esmaeil Baghaei, the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to reporters' questions regarding the US President's claim yesterday about negotiations with Iran, said: "Currently there is no negotiation process between Iran and the US."

The Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, referring to the US's history of repeated breaches of promises and excessive demands, asserted: "As the Foreign Minister has repeatedly emphasized, there is no logical justification for negotiation with a party that does not believe in the reciprocity of the negotiation process, boasts about its unlawful military aggression against Iran and the killing of Iran's children, and is clearly seeking to dictate its demands."

In response to another question about the message sent by Iran's President to the Saudi Crown Prince and its connection to the Saudi Crown Prince's visit to the US, the Foreign Ministry Spokesperson said: "The President's message to the Saudi Crown Prince, delivered by the new head of the country's Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, had purely bilateral content and contained the Islamic Republic of Iran's gratitude to Saudi Arabia for the services provided to Iranian pilgrims during last year's Hajj ceremony, and the importance of continued cooperation and coordination for the successful holding of this year's Hajj ceremony."
