Veteran Iranian actor Enayat Bakhshi dies at 80
Enayat Bakhshi, a prominent figure in Iranian cinema and television for more than five decades, has passed away at the age of 80.
Tehran - BORNA - Enayat Bakhshi, a veteran Iranian actor of cinema and television, died on Sunday at the age of 80.
Bakhshi had been hospitalized twice this year due to health complications, including infection, and had received treatment in intensive care.
Over a career spanning several decades, Bakhshi worked with many of Iran’s most prominent directors, including Ebrahim Golestan, Bahram Beyzaie, Ali Hatami, Amir Naderi, Masoud Kimiai, Dariush Mehrjui, and Davood Mirbagheri.
