Araghchi Warns US Will “Deeply Regret” Attack After Iranian Frigate Dena Sinks
Sayyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of Iran, reacted to the attack on the Iranian frigate IRIS Dena, warning that the United States will regret the precedent it has created.

Tehran - BORNA - Araghchi wrote in a post on X: “The United States has created another disaster—this time at sea and 2,000 miles away from Iran’s shores.”He stated that the frigate Dena, which had been a guest of the navy of India and was carrying approximately 130 crew members, was targeted in international waters without warning.

Addressing the United States, Araghchi said: “You will see that the United States will deeply regret the precedent it has created.”
