Iranian president lauds Iraqi nation's support for Iran
Iranian President Maosud Pezeshkian lauded the bravery of the Iraqi people to stand alongside Iran during the imposed war of aggression launched by the US and the Israeli regime on the country.
Tehran - BORNA - Masoud Pezeshkian wrote in a post on his account on the social network X, in a tweet in Persian and Arabic, “The Muslim people of Iraq bravely stood alongside Iran in this unjust war; this steadfastness is not due to the compulsion of geography, but because of shared history, identity, and religious values."
