The second of Ordibehesht, the anniversary of the founding of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps—this blessed offspring of the Islamic Revolution—is a legacy of the foresight of the Great Founder of the Revolution, His Eminence Imam Khomeini (QS). From its inception until today, especially during the brilliant and luminous periods of leadership under the great Imam and Leader, the Martyr His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei (RA), it has consistently functioned as a fortress against the threats and conspiracies of the enemies of this land.
The proud record of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is filled with brilliant actions, sacrifices, and selflessness in guarding the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and maintaining an effective presence in various high-risk defensive and security arenas. This is the greatest testament to the commitment, insight, and perpetual readiness of the IRGC to protect the Islamic Revolution and counter the hostile actions of the enemies of our beloved Iran and the holy system of the Islamic Republic.
The authoritative role of the IRGC during the eight-year Holy Defense and the recent imposed wars against the criminal Zionist-American regime showcased the capability, intelligence, and jihadi spirit of this revolutionary institution's forces, once again proving the defensive power of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the world.
Undoubtedly, the cohesion and unity among the Armed Forces of our beloved Iran—particularly the valiant Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps—alongside the comprehensive support of the noble nation of Iran, under the command of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Eminence Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Khamenei (May his shadow be long), and by utilizing the teachings of the Leaders of the Revolution, is the guarantor of protecting the territorial integrity of the Islamic homeland and a strategic asset for the continuity of national security, stability, and the country's progress. Now that our country and beloved nation have come under attack by the most criminal of enemies, they will fight decisively side-by-side until the last drop of blood and the achievement of final victory.
I, along with all my comrades in the powerful Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, congratulate all commanders, combatants, and valiant guards on the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps—this proud and steadfast organization.
