Tehran - BORNA - Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, spoke with Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf and Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov on Monday afternoon.
