Araghchi departs for New Delhi to attend BRICS meeting
Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi left Tehran for New Delhi on Wednesday afternoon to participate in the BRICS Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
Tehran - BORNA - During his stay in the Indian capital, the Iranian Foreign Minister is scheduled to attend the ministerial sessions and hold several bilateral meetings with high-ranking officials and counterparts from other member states participating in the event.
The meeting serves as a key preparatory step for the 18th BRICS Summit, which is slated to be held in New Delhi this September under the chairmanship of India. The discussions are expected to focus on strengthening multilateral cooperation and addressing regional and global challenges ahead of the upcoming leaders' summit.
