US has rendered ceasefire meaningless with its new attacks on Iran: Gharibabadi
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister stated that the new US strikes against targets inside Iranian territory serve as further evidence of blatant aggression against the sovereignty, territorial integrity, political independence, and national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, effectively rendering the ceasefire meaningless.

Tehran - BORNA - Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi wrote in a post on the X social network: "The new US attacks against targets on Iranian soil are another document of blatant aggression against the sovereignty, territorial integrity, political independence, and national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as a widespread violation that renders the ceasefire meaningless."

He added: "Describing these attacks as 'self-defense,' as stated in the announcement of the terrorist CENTCOM entity, carries no legal weight. In international law, an aggressor cannot escape the consequences of its actions by shifting labels, and military aggression cannot be legitimized through wordplay."

Gharibabadi emphasized: "The brave and zealous Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, relying on the will of the great and always-present nation of Iran, will stand against any aggression and will defend every inch of the country's soil with a decisive, powerful, and regrettable response."

He concluded his post by writing: "The full consequences of these illegal and dangerous actions rest with the United States and any party that participates in, facilitates, or assists them.

'So he intended to drive them out of the land, but We drowned him and those with him all together.'

Holy Quran, Surah Al-Isra, Verse 103."
