Tehran Stock Exchange hits new all-time high, surging 122,000 points
Iran's stock market continued to set new records on Sunday, with the benchmark index rising more than 122,000 units in an unprecedented rally.

Tehran - BORNA - The Tehran Stock Exchange's main index reached 4,818,000 points today, marking yet another historic record. The equal-weighted index also rose by 33,590 units, reaching 1,299,000 points as the upward trend of recent days continued.

The most influential symbols on the main index include FMeli, Shiraz, Shpna, Webellett, Shbandar, Vpasar, and Parsian.

The number of trades reached 553,753, while the total trading value was approximately 23 trillion tomans. The Iran Fara Bourse main index also rose by 975 units to reach 36,904 points.

The most influential symbols on the Fara Bourse include Ghasino, Marun, Kgehr, Saman, Arian, Bpas, and Noshkar.

It is worth noting that the record-breaking trading value and high volume of transactions in recent days indicate that liquidity remains present in the market. The short-term trajectory of the stock market is now more tied than ever to political developments and the management of external risks – a factor that could determine whether the market returns to its upward path or enters a new corrective phase.
