As part of developing international information dissemination capacities and implementing the 14th government's policies in media diplomacy and cross-border communications, the French and Chinese sections of the presidential website at president.ir were launched with the attendance of the President and made available to audiences.

Tehran - BORNA - This initiative has been carried out within the framework of the plan to reorganize and strengthen the international information infrastructure of the Communications Department of the President's Office, with the aim of expanding foreign audiences' access to news, positions, and activities of the President and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Under this plan, following the reactivation and upgrade of the English and Arabic sections of the presidential website, the French and Chinese versions have now been added to the multilingual services of the website, enabling more direct and extensive access for international audiences to official government content.

The launch of the French version of the presidential website takes into account the position of the French language in diplomatic relations and international institutions, as well as the significant reach of French-speaking audiences in various countries.

Additionally, the Chinese version of the website has been launched with the aim of developing media communications and direct information dissemination to Chinese-speaking audiences, including economic, academic, research, media activists, and others interested in Iran's developments and news.

With the launch of these two new sections, the presidential website is now available in five languages – Persian, English, Arabic, French, and Chinese – to domestic and international audiences.

The development of multilingual services of the presidential website is being pursued to enhance public access to information, increase international media interactions, and strengthen the government's information communications with foreign audiences.
