Ghalibaf, Shehbaz Sharif Meet in Switzerland

Tehran - BORNA -  In continuation of its meetings with the delegations present at the "Bürgenstock" Hotel, the Iranian negotiating team held talks with the Pakistani delegation to advance the implementation of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding.

Based on this report, Pakistan serves as the main mediator in the negotiations between Iran and the United States regarding the Islamabad memorandum of understanding and the termination of the war.

Prior to this, the Iranian delegation led by Ghalibaf had met and held consultations with the Prime Minister of Qatar, who is another mediator in these negotiations.

Earlier on Sunday morning, as part of its meetings with the parties involved in the talks in Bürgenstock, Switzerland, the Pakistani delegation also met and held talks with US Vice President JD Vance.

It is worth noting that the negotiations between Iran and the US, in the presence of Qatari and Pakistani mediators, will be held on Sunday afternoon local time.
