Ejei: We will pursue US war crimes against Iranian nation in international courts

Ejei described the criminal and murderous nature of the arrogant and oppressive US regime as inherent, saying: "Criminality and murder are embedded in the essence and nature of America's evil regime. Opposition to humanity and human rights is intertwined with the genes of the US regime's leaders."

He emphasized that America's crimes against various nations throughout history are countless, stating: "American Human Rights Week is merely a symbol. Explaining and detailing America's crimes is not possible in just one week; even several volumes of books would not suffice. In this week, we should merely announce the titles of America's crimes and elaborate on them throughout the year."

The Judiciary chief highlighted the strategic importance of exposing America's crimes, stating: "You, the members of the headquarters for reviewing and exposing American human rights, and all those engaged in the jihad of explanation in exposing America's crimes, are doing work akin to that of Zainab. This work is very significant; appreciate its value."

Ejei pointed to US psychological warfare tactics, noting: "One of America's tools of domination, beyond military aggression and economic terrorism, is media warfare and deception. Americans are experts in 'distorting reality,' 'presenting falsehood as truth,' and 'whitewashing their crimes.' After committing crimes, they make great efforts to influence and confuse minds through psychological operations, such as parallel narratives and rumor-mongering."

He stressed that various nations around the world have been affected by US crimes, saying: "It is not only us who are wounded by America's crimes and seeking justice for our martyred leader and other martyrs, including the innocent children of Minab. Many nations have been wounded and are waiting for justice. However, US propaganda and psychological operations have negatively affected some individuals' minds. Exposing these crimes can change their perceptions and make them demand accountability from the US."

Pursuing war crimes in international courts

Ejei elaborated on the legal and judicial pursuit of US crimes against Iran, stating: "The Judiciary, along with other relevant bodies including the Foreign Ministry, is seriously pursuing US war crimes against the Iranian nation in international courts and insists on filing legal and criminal lawsuits against war criminals. In this process, precise documentation — including collecting evidence, documents, images, and testimonies in compliance with international legal standards — is a fundamental principle."

The Judiciary chief noted that the judiciary has been active in holding trials for terrorist elements and those who committed crimes against the Iranian people alongside the US regime, including the MKO and monarchists. He added: "Competent domestic courts have issued verdicts against some US officials who committed crimes against our people. Although we have not yet been able to access those officials' assets to seize them, we will enforce the courts' rulings if access becomes possible. The recent seizure of a US ship and confiscation of its assets for the benefit of Iranian citizens harmed by US crimes is an example, and we will continue to seize assets of criminal Americans whenever we gain access."

Need for synergy in exposing and pursuing US crimes

Ejei called for increased synergy among relevant institutions in exposing and pursuing US crimes, lamenting that "unfortunately, we have many parallel and scattered efforts." He stated: "In the matter of exposing and pursuing America's crimes, various sectors have carried out a series of actions, but the desired outcome has not yet been achieved."

The Judiciary chief declared that US claims of supporting human rights are "laughable and ridiculous," adding: "We can prepare a complete list of America's numerous crimes and issue indictments for each one. We can, based on global human rights laws — which are merely lip service to Americans and they have little faith in — at least condemn and expose the Americans."

'Stronger Iran' requires people, economy, and culture

Ejei also addressed the need for "Iran Stronger," identifying three key pillars: the people, the economy, and culture. He emphasized: "The people are the main capital. We must examine how we have treated the people so far and how we intend to continue. Whatever we have comes from the people. The people's presence in these 47 years, particularly during and after the third imposed war, changed the equations in favor of the right front."

Regarding the economy, he said: "If we were richer and self-sufficient in essential goods, we would certainly have appeared stronger in the battlefield and on the streets. We cannot neglect the people's economy and livelihood. Despite economic difficulties, our people have taken to the streets for nearly four months to support the Islamic system."

On culture, he warned: "The enemy has focused heavily on targeting our cultural infrastructure. History has proven that the enemy infiltrates through this path. We must be very cautious in this area."

US president's incoherent statements

Ejei concluded by addressing what he described as the "incoherent ramblings" of the US president, stating: "The criminal and clownish US president has received heavy blows from the Iranian nation. Due to these blows, he constantly changes his words. However, we pay no attention to these ramblings and know that he has not abandoned the idea of criminality against Iran. He imagined that through airstrikes and deploying counter-revolutionary elements, he could finish Iran within 48 hours, but despite all precise material calculations, coordination, and modern equipment, he failed to achieve this sinister goal."

The Secretary of the Judiciary's Human Rights Headquarters reported that over 100 statements and reports have been issued on US crimes, and 285 cases have been filed in the International Prosecutor's Office, with 60 cases leading to indictments.
