The spokesman for the farewell and funeral ceremony of the martyred leader of the Revolution announced that officials and leaders from 40 countries will participate in the event.
Tehran - BORNA - Iman Attarzadeh, in a televised interview regarding the planning for the farewell and funeral ceremony of the martyred leader, stated: "In addition to the massive public turnout, political, cultural, scientific, religious, academic figures, and elites from around the world will also be present in Tehran to pay their respects to the sacred remains of the martyred leader."
He added: "Senior officials and leaders from approximately 40 countries will also participate in this ceremony, honoring the exalted status of the martyred leader."
Attarzadeh said that details regarding the level of delegations, participating countries, and names of the figures in attendance will soon be announced by Foreign Ministry officials.
