Gharibabadi: Hormuz is Maintained Under Iran’s Command, Not CENTCOM

Tehran - BORNA - Kazem Gharibabadi, the Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, wrote in a post on X: "Hormuz is defined under Iran's command, not CENTCOM."

He further emphasized: "A military meeting in Bahrain cannot establish a legal order or security for the Persian Gulf. Regional security is achieved through the termination of intervention, the withdrawal of the United States from the region, respect for the sovereignty of nations, and the acceptance of new geopolitical realities—not under the US military umbrella."
