Iran's ambassador to Germany addressed US president, Donald Trump, stating that history is not measured by casualty counts but by the depth of impact, emphasizing that the US aggression has revealed the true face of American warmongering.

Tehran - BORNA - Majid Nili, Iran's ambassador to Germany, wrote on X social media platform in response to Trump's tweet about US military casualties in recent wars:

"Afghanistan: 20 years, 2,000 killed

Iraq: 9 years, 4,600 killed

Vietnam: 19 years and 5 months, 58,220 killed

Korea: 3 years and 1 month, 36,574 killed

Venezuela: one day, no casualties

Conflict with Iran: less than 4 months, 18 killed,"

— citing Pete Hegseth, another American warmonger, with a cost of $37.5 billion.

Nili continued: "But history is not written by the number of deaths; it is written by the depth of impact."

The Iranian diplomat added: "Less than four months was enough for two American smart missiles to strike the Minab elementary school, revealing the true face of American warmongering; for 143 nights of public presence on the streets to prove Iran's superpower resilience; and for the martyrdom of an unparalleled leader to echo the message of 'no to surrender to force' across the world."

Nili concluded: "Sometimes the impact of a short military aggression is more lasting than decades of war and tens of thousands of deaths."
