An Iranian knowledge-based company has designed and produced a domestic "kneader" machine for precise mixing of high-viscosity and sensitive materials, reducing the need for imported equipment across pharmaceutical, polymer, and nanotechnology industries.

Tehran - BORNA -The device is designed for uniform mixing of high-viscosity materials and can replace foreign alternatives across a wide range of industries. It uses domestically developed engineering technology to combine polymer materials, nanoparticles, and organic and inorganic powders with minimal mechanical stress, preserving the structure of raw materials and improving final product quality compared to conventional mixing methods.

Unlike extruders, the kneader offers more uniform mixing with less material damage. The technology is not limited to polymer industries but can also be used in the production of nanocomposites, polymer masterbatches, biodegradable compounds, pharmaceutical products, nanostructured animal feed, and even some solid fuels.

The device is manufactured in both symmetrical and asymmetrical versions to meet different industry needs, allowing greater flexibility for production processes.
