Detailing his recent meeting with the Supreme Leader, the President stated that the meeting lasted approximately seven hours, during which they were able to discuss all national affairs.

Tehran - BORNA - Masoud Pezeshkian referred to details of his recent meeting with the Supreme Leader, stating: "It was a very good meeting. We were in his presence for approximately seven hours and were able to discuss all issues facing the country."

Pezeshkian continued: "The primary concerns raised pertained to the livelihoods of the people, market conditions, employment, and housing. Discussions also covered the difficulties arising despite sanctions, as well as the manner of Iran's perseverance, popular cooperation, and the preservation of unity and cohesion."

Pointing to the recommendations made to him by the Supreme Leader, the President affirmed: "The issue of preserving unity and cohesion was raised, which is more important than anything under current circumstances. All enemy plots aim to create division, and what we must do is avoid creating division. We must refrain from words and statements that fall outside the framework of unity. We may say many things within our home, but a single tune must reach the world from Iran so they know that the people of Iran and we stand united to defend our pride, dignity, and honor."

Apologizing to the public for certain existing difficulties, he added: "We feel ashamed before the people due to current shortcomings and problems, but we will serve them with all our being and will spare no effort in doing whatever lies within our power."
