Honorable Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,
I extend my sincere congratulations to Your Excellency, the government, and the noble, friendly nation of Pakistan on the 79th anniversary of the independence of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
This auspicious occasion presents a valuable opportunity to recall the enduring historical, cultural, civilizational, and interpersonal bonds between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which serve as a firm foundation for strengthening friendship and deepening bilateral cooperation.
I firmly believe that continued political and diplomatic consultations, alongside the expansion of economic, trade, border, security, and cultural cooperation, will enable both nations to fully capitalize on existing capacities to serve their mutual interests.
