Ghalibaf Tells U.S. Officials: "Do Not Expect Miracles From Clowns Like Hegseth and Bessent"
The head of Iran’s negotiating team addressed American officials on Tuesday, warning them not to expect "miracles" from U.S. Cabinet members Scott Bessent and Pete Hegseth.
Tehran - BORNA - In a post published in English on his official account on X (formerly Twitter), Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated:
"Americans think that by putting more pressure on Iran, they can extract concessions that were never part of the understanding."
"Bessent (Treasury Secretary) and Hegseth (Secretary of War) are simply not up to the task. Do not expect this team of clowns to perform miracles and pull a rabbit out of a hat like magicians to rescue you from a crisis of your own making."
