Iran’s Ghalibaf Condemns US Attack on Hormozgan Wedding as ‘Work of the Great Satan’
Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, speaker of the Iranian Parliament and head of Iran’s negotiating team, has strongly condemned the US missile attack on a wedding celebration in Kohestak, characterizing Washington's targeting of civilians as the behavior of the "Great Satan."
Tehran - BORNA - In a post on his official X account on Tuesday, Ghalibaf pointed to previous military strikes on civilian sites, including Minab and Lamerd, highlighting the impact on non-combatants and children.
"Minab school: children massacred. Lamerd sports hall: kids slaughtered. Kohestak wedding: children killed alongside their families," Ghalibaf wrote. "If a power acts like the devil, selects targets like the devil, and kills like the devil, that power is the devil."
"If that same power shields and supports a lesser devil doing the exact same things, then it is truly the 'Great Satan,'" he added.
