IRGC spox dismisses US 'Hollywood' narrative of pilot rescue in Iran

Tehan - BORNA - Reacting to the US media reports, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi said that the United States is accustomed to presenting "Hollywood narratives."

"Since the beginning of the war, the US president has repeatedly emerged victorious in his imagination and in cyberspace, defeating Iran," he stated.

"To compensate for their defeats, the Americans piece together video clips from other regions and incidents to create such scenes," Mohebbi added.

He noted that concurrent with the release of the US narrative, images were published in some media outlets showing the wreckage of the targeted F-15 fighter jet being collected and transported in a wheelbarrow during those same days.

"America must know that such narrative-building is now obsolete and cannot change the realities on the ground," the IRGC spokesperson stressed.
