For his part, the Lebanese president stressed the priority and necessity of reaching diplomatic solutions to the ongoing crises in the region.

Exploring ways to expand bilateral relations between Tehran and Beirut and maintaining continuous contacts and dialogues between the officials of both countries were among the other topics discussed during the phone call.
