Tehran - BORNA - The review of the proposed provisions for the budget resources of the year 1405 (Iranian calendar) was held under the chairmanship of Mohammad Reza Aref, Iran's First Vice President, with the presence of senior economic managers of the government.

Aref emphasized in this meeting: "The enemy has launched an all-out economic war to impose its will on the Iranian nation, which we are certain will definitely fail, and it will not achieve any of the goals it has designed to bring the Iranian nation to its knees."

Iran's First Vice President, referring to the problems caused by sanctions and the economic war, said: "This crime of the enemies has created problems that we fully know about, but the government will also exert all its efforts not only to defeat the enemy but also to create new opportunities out of the heart of threats."

He continued: "We do not believe it is an easy task. Fundamentally, war is a difficult task, whether military or economic. It was not our choice; they were the ones who attacked in the middle of negotiations, and these conditions have been imposed on our nation."

Aref added: "But we are not hand-tied and we are highly hopeful about the future, and we have innovative methods in all areas, and we consider the final result to be the victory of the Iranian nation."

Iran's First Vice President emphasized the necessity of operationalizing the solutions for realizing the revenues projected in the 1405 budget and said: "The solutions for realizing the projected revenues in the 1405 budget, including new solutions, must be operationalized so that these revenues are spent on the livelihood of the people and the development of the country."

He added: "The President has also repeatedly emphasized that despite all the problems, the government must pay attention to the livelihood of the people, especially the low-income groups."
