The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy says the Persian Gulf’s littoral states have expressed their readiness to hold joint naval exercises with Iran.

Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri , Commander of the IRGC Navy, said that the decision to open or close the Strait of Hormuz rests with Iran’s top authorities.
