Iran Dominates 2025 Asian Junior Freestyle Wrestling Championships
Tehran - BORNA - Iran’s junior freestyle wrestling team has claimed the top spot at the 2025 Asian Junior Wrestling Championships, held on July 12–13 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. With a total of 7 medals—4 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze—Iran secured the continental title with a commanding 179 points.

Ebrahim Elahi (70 kg)
Mohammad-Mehdi Memivand (74 kg)
Abolfazl Rahmani (86 kg)
Erfan Alizadeh (97 kg)

In the final team standings, Iran topped the table with 179 points, followed by India (157 points) and Kazakhstan (133 points).
