Araghchi Arrives in Moscow After Belarus Visit

Tehran - BORNA - Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, arrived in Moscow this morning (Tuesday). He had traveled to Belarus on Sunday morning and departed from Minsk for Moscow after meeting and consulting with Belarusian officials.

During Araghchi's visit to Belarus, Iran's views on regional and international developments were elaborated. The importance of further coordination and cooperation between the two countries at the level of international organizations and multilateral arrangements—especially within the United Nations (UN) and organizations such as BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO)—was underscored, with a focus on safeguarding the rule of law and multilateralism at the international level.
