Iran warns against attacks on civilian ships in Persian Gulf

Tehran - BORNA - Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesman for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, warned the American and Israeli side that any repeated attack on private vessels or passenger transport in the Persian Gulf would be met with severe reciprocal action.

Zolfaghari said the American-Israeli enemies, due to repeated setbacks and inability to confront the forceful operations of Iran’s armed forces, have targeted private vessels and passenger transport in the Persian Gulf.

He added that if such unfair aggression is repeated, a severe and reciprocal response will follow.
