Pakistan’s Army Chief Meets Khatam al-Anbiya Central HQ Commander to Discuss Regional Security
Tehran - BORNA - Major General Ali Abdollahi, Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, met with Field Marshal Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) of Pakistan. During the meeting, General Abdollahi expressed his gratitude for the supportive stance of the Pakistani government and nation toward Iran during the "Second and Third Imposed Wars."
The Iranian commander noted that the initiation of aggression by the enemy stemmed from a major "calculative error" regarding the Iranian people and, specifically, the defensive capabilities of the Armed Forces. He also pointed to the massive public presence and support for the military, emphasizing that the resilience of the nation remains a key pillar of Iran's defense.
General Abdollahi further highlighted Iran's military self-reliance, stating that all equipment used during the recent conflict was domestically produced by Iranian youth. He warned that there should be no doubt that the Armed Forces are fully prepared for a comprehensive defense should the enemy engage in further "mischief."
For his part, the Pakistani Army Chief provided a detailed report on the actions taken within the framework of efforts to end the conflict. General Munir also shared insights from his ongoing negotiations in Tehran and reaffirmed Islamabad's commitment to continuing these diplomatic endeavors to ensure regional stability.
