Maj. Gen. Abdollahi: Armed Forces Will Respond to Any Breach of Covenant

Tehran - BORNA - The full text of the message issued by Major General Ali Abdollahi on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is as follows:

"The heroic nation of Iran today prides itself on the strategic authority, readiness, and comprehensive capabilities of the IRGC and other defenders of the homeland. Through lethal and devastating missile and drone strikes, these forces have driven the Zionist enemy and the terrorist U.S. into a state of desperation and exhaustion, forcing them to plead for a ceasefire.

The people of Iran, through their enthusiastic and widespread presence in the streets and public squares, have not ceased their support for the Armed Forces.

The courageous Armed Forces of Iran, alongside the noble and wonder-making government and nation, stand united and integrated in full compliance with the measures of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. They are prepared to deliver decisive, determining, and instantaneous responses to the threats and actions of the enemy.

The Armed Forces, maintaining the upper hand, will not allow the lying and delusional U.S. President to exploit the situation or create false and fraudulent narratives of the field conditions during the military silence—particularly regarding the management and control of the Strait of Hormuz. They will worthily respond to any breach of covenant."
