Ghalibaf to the U.S.: You Will Not Achieve Your Goals Through Bullying
The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament stated that reopening the Strait of Hormuz is impossible while the ceasefire is being grossly violated, adding: "They did not achieve their goals through military aggression, and they will not achieve them through bullying either."
Tehran - BORNA - Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Parliament, wrote in a post on his personal X (formerly Twitter) account:
"A complete ceasefire is only meaningful when it is not violated by a naval blockade and the hostage-taking of the world economy, and when Zionist warmongering is halted on all fronts; reopening the Strait of Hormuz is impossible amid gross violations of the ceasefire.
They did not achieve their goals through military aggression, and they will not achieve them through bullying either. The only way forward is the recognition of the rights of the Iranian nation."
