Araghchi Returns to Islamabad Following Brief Visit to Muscat
Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi returned to Islamabad on Sunday evening following a brief visit to Muscat, as he continues high-level consultations aimed at ending the war with the United States.

Tehran - BORNA - Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi arrived in Islamabad on Friday night as part of a regional tour to meet with Pakistani officials. In intensive negotiations with his Pakistani counterpart, the Army Chief, and the Prime Minister, he reviewed bilateral interactions, regional issues, and developments concerning the end of the war.

The visit of our country's Foreign Minister is in response to the Pakistani Army Chief’s visit to Tehran last week and is intended to exchange proposals and messages with the American side through Islamabad’s mediation.

Officials from our country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Saturday night: "It is probable that Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi will visit Pakistan again after concluding his trip to Oman and before traveling to Russia."

Furthermore, a portion of the delegation accompanying the Foreign Minister during the Islamabad trip returned to Tehran to consult and receive necessary instructions regarding matters related to ending the war; they will rejoin Araghchi in Islamabad on Sunday night.
