Iranian and French Foreign Ministers Consult on Ceasefire Developments
Iran’s Foreign Minister briefed his French counterpart on the latest status and developments regarding the ceasefire and diplomatic efforts to end the imposed war against our country.

Tehran - BORNA - Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Jean-Noël Barrot, the Foreign Minister of France, held a telephone conversation today, Sunday.

During the call, the Iranian Foreign Minister informed his French counterpart of the latest updates concerning the ceasefire and the diplomatic initiatives aimed at terminating the imposed war, emphasizing the importance of European countries playing a constructive role in this process.

The French Foreign Minister, reaffirming his country's position in support of continuing a diplomatic approach, expressed hope that persistent dialogue would lead to the establishment of peace in the region.

The Foreign Ministers of Iran and France underscored the continuation of bilateral consultations, as well as engagement with other regional parties.
