Baghaei: Martyred Teachers of Minab’s Shajareh Tayyiba Exposed the Darkness
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei honored the memory of the martyred teachers of Minab’s Shajareh Tayyiba school, stating that the "candle of awareness" held by these educators has ignited a flame of national awakening and "exposed the darkness."
Tehran - BORNA - On the occasion of Teachers' Day—which marks the martyrdom of Professor Morteza Motahhari—Baghaei paid tribute to the 26 faculty members who lost their lives in the school massacre. In a commemorative post on X, the spokesperson shared poetic verses dedicated to the "daughters of Minab" and their resilient spirit in the face of tragedy.
"The teacher is the architect of the future and the guardian of a nation's awareness," Baghaei stated. "We bow in respect to all those who kept the lamp of knowledge burning, especially the 26 martyred teachers of Shajareh Tayyiba school, whose sacrifice exposed the darkness."
He concluded his message by wishing for their memory to remain eternal.
