Oman's Sultan supports negotiations in meeting with Ghalibaf and Araghchi

Tehran - BORNA - Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of Iran's Parliament, and Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister, met with Sultan Haitham bin Tarik during their visit to Oman.

The meeting discussed developments in the Iran-US negotiations.

According to Al-Hadath, Sultan Haitham said during the meeting: "We support the Iran-US negotiations to reach a peaceful and final settlement for all outstanding issues."

He added: "We support the resolution of the issue of resuming shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's nuclear file."

Oman's official news agency also reported: Sultan Haitham bin Tarik met with Ghalibaf and Araghchi and heard the Iranian side's statements regarding the latest developments in the Iran-US negotiations.
