Gharibabadi: No Iran-US Technical Meetings Scheduled for This Week
In response to journalists' questions regarding working group negotiations within the framework of the war termination Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the senior negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran stated that no technical working group meetings have been scheduled for this week.

Tehran - BORNA - Kazem Gharibabadi clarified: "Although consultations with Qatar are ongoing as routine, including on tracking the implementation of the other side's commitments, reports by some media outlets concerning the holding of technical working group talks in Doha are not confirmed."

He added: "The first round of technical talks within the framework of the designated working groups will be held once the conditions are met and following an agreement on the date and venue, and consultations in this regard are continuing through mediator countries."

It is worth noting that according to previous announcements, technical working group meetings were scheduled to be held in Switzerland this week.

On Sunday, some American media outlets released contradictory reports, with some claiming these meetings were being held and others reporting their cancellation.
