The commander of the Iranian Army Navy, during the Foreign Minister's visit to the memorial of the Dena destroyer martyrs, provided a report on the latest missions, capabilities, and achievements of the force in operational, training, and defense fields, emphasizing the Navy's full readiness to defend the country's security and interests.

Tehran - BORNA - Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi visited the Army Navy headquarters, where he met with Rear Admiral Shahram Irani, commander of the Iranian Army Navy, and visited the martyrs' memorial and remnants from the martyrs of the Dena destroyer during the Ramadan War, paying tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of the navy personnel.

During the meeting, Araghchi appreciated the strategic role of the Army Navy in ensuring security and safeguarding the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran in territorial and international waters, emphasizing the importance of preserving and promoting the culture of sacrifice, resistance, and martyrdom among younger generations.

The Foreign Minister, referring to the exalted status of martyrs in preserving the independence, security, and authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said: "The memory and names of the martyrs will always be a guiding light for the Iranian nation, and transmitting these values to future generations is a national and historical responsibility."
