IRGC strike on US base in Jordan destroys 3 F-35 jets, heavily damages 3 others
Tehran - BORNA - The IRGC Public Relations Department announced in Statement No. 55 of Operation Nasr 2:
"In the Name of Allah, the Breaker of Tyrants
'Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory.'
Honorable and wise people of Jordan; your sincere support and cooperation, especially the clear stances taken by segments of Jordanian elites, have tightened the space for the enemy and driven them to desperation.
At dawn today, the U.S. enemy—unable to engage in a chivalrous military confrontation—used occupied bases in your country to launch an airstrike with bunker-buster bombs, targeting two modest residential homes of local residents on Qeshm Island. This attack resulted in the martyrdom of a father, mother, and one child, while two other children were injured.
In response to this crime and to assist you in liberating the Islamic land of Jordan from the blight of U.S. occupiers, warriors of the IRGC Aerospace Force targeted the placement ramp and maintenance hangar of the enemy's F-35 fighters at Al-Azraq Air Base with several ballistic missiles this morning, completely destroying three F-35 aircraft and inflicting heavy damage on three others.
Several enemy officers, technical personnel, and maintenance staff were also killed in the attack.
Our region is no place for a child-killing military that ruthlessly slaughters innocent families in their sleep at midnight. Our joint struggle will continue until the last U.S. occupier is expelled from Islamic lands.
'If you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.'"
