IRGC strikes 2 non-compliant tankers in Strait of Hormuz

Tehran - BORNA - The IRGC Public Relations Department issued Statement No. 57 of Operation Nasr 2:

Zealous and history-making people of Islamic Iran; the IRGC Navy, while maintaining full control over the Strait of Hormuz, continues to safeguard the trust of you, the faithful and vigilant nation of Islamic Iran.

In the early hours of today, two non-compliant tankers—swayed by CENTCOM's seductions and believing they could travel an unannounced, unsafe, and illegal route under the air escort of the child-killing and terrorist U.S. military while ignoring our warnings to cross the Strait of Hormuz—were struck and stopped. Four other tankers quickly changed direction and returned to their points of origin.

Last night, in response to CENTCOM's false statement, we informed all shipping company owners and insurers not to pay mind to CENTCOM's notices, and to ask those who were deceived and suffered incidents instead.

The IRGC Navy once again warns that the illegal interventions and dictations of the child-killing U.S. military to vessels in the region will not go unanswered.
