Omani foreign minister meets Araghchi in Tehran
Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi has met with his Iranian counterpart, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, in Tehran.
Tehran - BORNA -Albusaidi, who is visiting Iran, held talks with Araghchi on Tuesday afternoon.
The senior Omani official is also scheduled to meet with several other high-ranking Iranian officials during his visit to Tehran.
The talks are expected to focus primarily on an Iran-Oman agreement to designate a maritime corridor in the Strait of Hormuz for the safe passage of vessels, as well as the latest understandings reached between Tehran and Muscat on the issue.
