Ali Yazdani finishes runner-up in Serbia Tennis Tournament
Iranian tennis player Ali Yazdani ended his campaign in the third week of the Serbia Tennis Tournament as runner-up.
Tehran - ISNA - Yazdani faced an opponent from Argentina in the final match and lost in straight sets 6-3, 7-6.
On his way to the final, Yazdani had defeated players from the UK, Bosnia, and Italy.
Earlier, he had claimed the title at the Tehran World Tennis Tour, becoming the first Iranian ever to win the championship.
