The Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council warned that any transfer of nuclear technologies to war-torn Ukraine constitutes a red line for Moscow, cautioning France and the United Kingdom that nuclear complicity with Kyiv would carry serious consequences, including reciprocal measures against supplier states.

The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, referring to the U.S. operation in Venezuela, stated that these events prove every country must maximize its armed forces' capabilities.
