Carlson: Israeli Officers Operated Inside Pentagon During 12-Day War on Iran
American political commentator Tucker Carlson has revealed that Israeli military officers were physically present inside the Pentagon during the 12-day U.S.–Israeli war against Iran, directly intervening in decision-making and issuing instructions that infuriated American staff.

Tehran - BORNA - speaking on his Thursday program alongside Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs, Carlson denounced the extent of Israeli influence in Washington, stressing that any criticism of this state of affairs is wrongly branded as “anti-Semitic.”

“As with Iran during the 12-day war,” Carlson said, “the United States and Israel bombed Iran from every side. Israeli army officers were inside the Pentagon. They were foreign military officers in the Pentagon—alongside NATO officers, yes—but Israeli officers entered meetings uninvited, issued commands and demands, and no one stopped them. It enraged American personnel working there.”

Carlson questioned how such a situation could even occur: “How is it possible that a foreign military officer, even if invited, can brazenly walk into military headquarters, enter meetings, and begin demanding: ‘we want this, we want that, you must handle this’? How can that be tolerated?”

He warned that allowing such “deeply unhealthy” behavior only entrenches exploitation by a foreign power: “This is exactly what happened. Because of the weakness of our leaders, we have provoked the predators of a foreign power to exploit us.”

Carlson stressed that U.S. officials have a duty to defend the nation against all foreign threats rather than bow before another state: “It’s very simple. Why should a strong government take orders from a weaker one? Yet that is the current reality—and it has gone on for far too long.”

Jeffrey Sachs, who joined Carlson in the discussion, underscored that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has sought to drag the United States into war with Iran for decades: “Netanyahu has been trying for nearly 30 years to pull the U.S. into a war with Iran,” Sachs said. “He recently succeeded in drawing Washington into the 12-day conflict—and he wants to do it again. This is a very dangerous policy designed to keep the U.S. trapped in perpetual wars.”

Carlson’s revelation provides further evidence that the crimes committed against Iran during the 12-day war were not only orchestrated by Israel but carried out with direct U.S. involvement. The presence of Israeli officers inside the Pentagon, intervening in U.S. military operations, highlights Washington’s complicity and strips away any pretense of neutrality.

By participating in the bombardment of Iran, the United States—like Israel—stands guilty of blatant violations of international law, including aggression against a sovereign state. The revelations also demonstrate that Washington’s decision-making was compromised by foreign influence, underscoring the illegitimacy of the war and the depth of U.S.–Israeli collusion in targeting the Iranian nation.
