Iran unveils new achievements in nuclear science and tech.

At the ceremony, several key products in the field of radiopharmaceuticals were unveiled, products that are related to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
The achievements were the result of the efforts of young Iranian scientists in the field.
In the event, the therapeutic radiopharmaceutical ¹⁷⁷Lu-Alpha-MSH for the treatment of metastatic melanoma, the diagnostic radiopharmaceutical ⁶⁸Ga-Alpha-MSH for PET imaging, as well as an automated radiopharmaceutical production machine for the treatment of bone pain caused by cancer metastasis were unveiled. The products that, with their high-level safety and desirable quality, are an effective step in the development of nuclear medicine and the boosting of public health.
Also, the National Nuclear Education Network, as another of the key initiatives of tNSTRI, was launched, which is considered an important step towards training specialized personnel, transferring knowledge, and realizing the sustainable development of the country's nuclear technology.
