Iran’s exports to neighboring Turkey up 14%
A study of Iran’s exports situation to neighboring Turkey in the first half of the current Iranian calendar year (started Mar. 21) indicated that the country’s non-oil exports to Turkey registered a 14 percent growth.
Tehran - BORNA - Iran exported $2.718 million worth of non-oil goods to neighboring Turkey from March 21 to September 22, 2025, showing a 14 percent growth in value and 22 percent hike in weight, compared to the last year’s corresponding period.
The value of trade exchanged between the two countries reached $7.42 million between March 21 and September 22, 2025, accounting for 13.2 percent of Iran’s total foreign trade value.
According to the aforementioned data, Turkey was ranked 3rd as Iran’s trade partner in this period.
Petrochemical, and oil-based products were of the maximum products exported from Iran to this country between March 21 and September 22, 2025.
