VP attends joint meetings of Nuclear Medicine Associations
A joint meeting of the country's nuclear medicine, radio-oncology, hematology, and oncology associations kicked off at Shohaday-e Tajrish Hospital on Thursday with the participation of Vice President Mohammad Eslami.
Tehran - BORNA - The meeting of Associations of Nuclear Medicine and Radio-oncology, Hematology and Oncology is being held in Tehran with the following topics: radiopharmaceuticals; new horizon in cancer diagnosis and treatment, diagnostic and therapeutic applications of FAPI, diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, diagnosis and treatment of neuroendocrine tumors, new cancer treatment with alpha-phase radiopharmaceuticals of radium-223 and actinium-225, and new treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers.
The meeting was also attended by specialists in the nuclear medicine and oncology.
